Dr. Nazifa Ibnath was born and raised in Bangladesh, where she developed an early passion for serving underserved communities. She earned her medical degree from Chattogram Maa-O-Shishu Hospital Medical College and has been actively involved in nonprofit initiatives focused on health equity and patient advocacy. Dr. Ibnath gained international clinical exposure in Canada during her training, and after moving to the US, she has continued to build hands-on clinical experience across diverse settings. Dr. Ibnath is particularly interested in hospital medicine and is excited to grow within the Providence St. Mary Medical Center community. Outside of medicine, she enjoys outdoor activities, spending time with family, watching sci-fi, anime, and manga, and designing South Asian fusion clothing.
