Dr. Anbarin Safi was born in Afghanistan and raised in California, where she laid the foundation for her academic journey. She earned her degree in Molecular and Cellular Biology from CSU East Bay before completing her medical education at the American University of Antigua in 2025. Outside of medicine, she thrives on high-energy activities such as ziplining, white-water rafting, and dedicated gym workouts. She has a deep appreciation for history and global traditions, often traveling to immerse herself in new environments around the world. Her creative interests include literature, poetry, and floral design. Whether trying new restaurants, joining a group workout, or hosting friends and family for a home-cooked meal, she values connection and bringing intention to both her personal life and her clinical practice.
